Gleyber Torres Stays Hot, Hits Seventh Home Run Of The Season In New York's Loss To Texas

Sometimes you're hot and other times you're not but for rookie Gleyber Torres he continued his hot streak  in Arlington in game two against Texas that unfortunately ended in a loss for New York.   

The Yankees rookie slugged the first pitch he saw from Rangers left-hander Cole Hamels into the left-field bleachers for a home run in the third inning, circling the bases for his fourth homer in as many games, though the Yankees would go on to lose, 6-4. Torres' seventh big league homer trimmed Texas' lead to four runs at the time, one night after the 21-year-old joined Mickey Mantle as the youngest Yankees to enjoy a multihomer game.
