New York Signs Former Tampa Bay Third Baseman Matt Duffy To Minor League Deal

Injuries were the name of the game when Matt Duffy who is a third baseman played for Tampa Bay for three seasons.

Will a change of scenery help Matt Duffy stay healthy? Only time will tell. With the third baseman’s injury history in St. Petersburg while playing for Tampa Bay I would say there could be a chance that he could get injured again while playing in the minor leagues for the team that wears the pinstripes but lets hope that a change scenery as well as a change of the uniform will help him stay healthy.
