After Duke’s 22 point loss to NC State in Raleigh earlier in the week Duke returned to Durham and routed Virginia Tech to earn a regular season sweep.

While Duke got back on track and earned a season sweep of the Virginia team located in Blacksburg Virginia Tech suffered a second straight loss in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

On the offensive side, redshirt freshman Tyrece Radford was a bright spot for the Hokies, as he scored a team-high 16 points and grabbed a team-best nine boards. Sophomore Isaiah Wilkins (11 points) and guard Hunter Cattoor (10 points) each put together double-digit scoring performances despite the loss.

Duke will now turn their attention to preparing for a trip to Winston Salem on Tuesday night where they will have a rematch with Wake Forest who they beat earlier this season.
