Duke's 2019 Schedule Released
The 2018 season concluded with Duke winning the Walk-On’s Independence Bowl where they defeated Temple 56-27.
The 2019 season however, will begin with Alabama on August 31st 2019 at the Chick -Fil-A Kick-Off at Mercedes Benz Stadium which home to the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL. Unlike Duke who finished their 2018 season on a high note Alabama lost to Clemson in the national title game by twenty eight points.
Their 2019 season schedule also includes North Carolina A &T who finished the season with a record of 10-2 and defeated Alcorn State by a score of 24-22 in the Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl on September 7th. After that game they go the road to play Middle Tennessee who in 2018 finished with a record of 8-6 and lost to Appalachian State by a score of 35-13 in the Carriers New Orleans Bowl and then they have an open date on September 21.

After Duke hosts Georgia Tech Duke will have two road games starting October 19th in Charlottesville where they will take on Virginia who finished the 2018 season with a record of 8-5 and shutout South Carolina in the Belk Bowl. To begin November Duke will have an open date on November 2nd before hosting back to back games beginning with Notre Dame on November 9th who is a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference in every sport except on the grid iron where Notre Dame is independent. In 2018 Notre Dame finished with a record of 12-1 and lost to Clemson in the Good Year Cotton Classic / CFP Playoff. Then Duke will visit Winston Salem on November 23rd. In 2018 Wake Forest finished with a record of 7-6 and defeated Memphis in the Jared Birmingham Bowl by a score of 37-34.
