NC State Is Stepping Out Of Atlantic Coast Conference Play To Host Louisiana Tech In Raleigh Tonight

NC State who is ranked 23rd this week is stepping out of Atlantic Coast Conference play to host Louisiana Tech who is a member of Conference USA in Raleigh tonight.
