Switching Sides Of The Rivalry - Jacoby Ellsbury

What's it like when a player switches sides of a rivalry ?

Jacoby Ellsbury who is a former player for the Boston Redsox now plays for the New York Yankees. The fans of that team start to dislike that player even more. When Jacoby signed a seven year deal in 2013 to play for the Red Sox rival I  knew this could be great for the Yankees fans but not so great for Red Sox fans ! Every time Ellbury would come up to bat at Fenway Park. Today they still boo him when he comes up to bat. The way I see it is that it's their loss and the Yankees gain in this rivalry.
