Is New York Or Tampa Bay Going To Bounce Back When They Play Their Opening Game Of Their Three Game Series Tonight In Bronx New York?
Is New York or Tampa Bay going to bounce back when they play their opening game of the three game series tonight in Bronx New York?
Right now I don’t know the answer to that question!
What I do know is that both teams are going to be looking to bounce back.
Why?
Because New York who comes into the opening game with a record of 5-7 and in third place in the American League East and is 3.5 games back of Boston who is leading the division.
Why?
Because they lost their previous game to Toronto!
When?
Wednesday night in Dunedin Florida by a score of 5-4!
Though,
Court was in session twice!
When?
Wednesday!
Where?
Dunedin Florida in New York’s 5-4 loss to Toronto.
Why?
Because Aaron Judge homered twice!
However, it wasn’t enough,
Why?
Because New York struggled offensively after Aaron Judge homered the second time then New York scored two more runs on a single by Gio Urshela
Corey Kluber who started the game for New York wasn’t able to give New York length.
Why?
Corey Kluber pitched four innings and allowed three runs on six hits and two walks, while throwing just 77 pitches.

While Tampa Bay meanwhile comes into the game with a record of 5-8 and is in fourth place and 4.0 games back of Boston who is leading the division.
Why?
Because like New York they lost their previous game but unlike New York Tampa Bay lost their previous game on Thursday to Texas.
Where?
St. Petersburg Florida!
Why?
Texas gave Tampa Bay plenty of chances to salvage a four-game split Thursday night at Tropicana Field, but in keeping with a theme of the series, Tampa Bay couldn’t capitalize on the opportunity.
Tampa Bay had had seven hits and eight walks, and the Rangers threw away the ball twice on one play to let Brett Phillips scramble home from second base on a wild, game-tying sequence in the seventh inning. Yet they could not come up with the timely hits they needed, finishing just 3-for-13 with runners in scoring position in a 6-4 loss in 10 innings at Tropicana Field.

The starting pitcher for New York has yet to have been announced while Tampa Bay is going to start Michael Wacha who is a right handed pitcher.
Michael Wacha comes into the game with a record of 0-1 with an earn run average of 7.00.
Why?
Last time out verses New York Michael Wacha Wacha gave up three runs in four innings, with all three coming in his first frame. He retired the final nine hitters he faced in order.
First pitch is set for 7:05pm from Yankee Stadium!
The game is going to be televised on Bally Sports Sun, Major League Baseball Network and Yes!
