Because the 6”7”282 pound right fielder is out for reasons tonight s the slugger receives treatment for soreness in his left side.
Aaron Judge experienced the soreness during Tuesday’s 7-2 victory over Baltimore according to manager Aaron Boone. Judge homered for the second straight game in that contest but appeared to run the bases with some discomfort.
“I think it’s just been the general wear and tear of the first several days,” said Boone, who characterized it as “general soreness.”
Boone said that he did not want to have Judge push through the soreness with a scheduled team off-day on Thursday. Boone said that he does not anticipate Judge will be sent for any tests.
