As a fan, spectator one thing I’ve learned from watching Gerrit Cole pitch is that he doesn’t like his routine altered with.

Unfortunately, though Gerrit Cole has had his routine altered with for two days now because New York, Texas games were rained out. Gerrit Cole was supposed to start Friday opening game of New York’s three game series against Texas and oppose Glenn Otto but that didn’t happen because the game was postponed because of rain then he was scheduled to start Saturday’s game against a pitcher that was time to be decided but the game was yet again rescheduled for Monday May 9, 2022 yet again because of rain.
