Luke Kennard Scores 35, Jayson Tatum, Marques Bolden Make Their Debuts, #5 Duke Wins

Saturday Duke  Sophomore guard Luke Kennard shot lights out as he scored 35 points against Maine  for Duke 8-1.  Luke Kennard  was 11-16 from the field and he tied his season high with four three pointers and he was a perfect 9-9 from the free throw line. That wasn't all that happened Saturday  though the  two highly touted freshman  Jayson Tatum and Marques Bolden made their season debuts as Jayson Tatum was in the starting lineup while Marques Bolden came off the bench.

Duke has a couple days off to regroup before they hit the road to travel to  New York to play at Madison Square Garden Tuesday in the Jimmy V Classic  as Duke will go against  Florida.  Tip-off is set for 9:30pm.
