#1 Villanova No Longer Undefeated As Their Win Streak Is Snapped By Butler 66-58

You knew there was going to a time when Villanova would get beat  but we didn't know when or who would beat them.

Jalen Brunson lead Villanova with 23 points while Josh Hart added 13 points to go along with eight rebounds. "according to http://www.villanova.com/sports/m-baskbl/recaps/010417aab.html

The second half began fast for Butler as Andrew Chrabascz scored for Butler. The game toe to toe down the stretch with 6:24 left as Josh Hart made a bucket that gave Villanova a one point advantage at 51 -50 after Keethan Savage put Butler back in front 53-52 with a jumper while a basket by Kelan Martin  gave Butler a 55-52 lead. While a  defensive stop  for Butler along with a couple free throws sealed the  66-58 win for Butler.  On the night Butler was 15-15 from the foul line.
