Rebecca Greenwell, Duke Set For Quarterfinal Against Syracuse

Duke had a great regular season this year as they finished 25-4 while they were 13-3 in league competition and were tied for second with Florida State.

Duke ended the regular season with a 95 -71 win in Chapel Hill behind 30 points from redshirt junior Rebecca Greenwell while Lexie Brown contributed 19 Sunday. Now it's time for the ACC tournament as number three seeded and number thirteen ranked Duke will take on six seeded #21 ranked  Syracuse who took care of North Carolina by a score 83-64 in the second round of the ACC tournament Thursday night. 

Alexis Peterson made four 3- pointers while she scored 29 points while Brittany Sykes added 16 points and 12 rebounds and Briana Day had 11 points and 15 rebounds for Syracuse who outrebounded North Carolina 50-23 while collecting 29 offensive rebounds while scoring 32 second -chance points. Duke will have the fresher bodies because they haven't played yet does that give them the advantage against Syracuse?
