Grayson Allen Out Of Duke Goes 21st To Utah In The NBA Draft

If you follow college basketball then you know who Grayson Allen is.

The guard who played four years at Duke under head coach Mike Krzyzewski and led Duke to a comeback win in the national title game against Wisconsin  in his freshman year  but it wasn't all glory for the guard while he was in college as he had some bumps in the road but lets not focus on that instead lets focus on what happened on Thursday night at the NBA Draft in Brooklyn.

The 6-5 guard was drafted by Utah  as the 21st pick in the first round "according tohttp://www.goduke.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=22724&SPID=1845&DB_LANG=C&ATCLID=211719081&DB_OEM_ID=4200 who's head coach is Quin Snider who played for Duke from 1986--1989. Coach K on Allen:
“In Grayson, you have a 22-year-old mature player. His body of work is there. No player that I can think of has been scrutinized more than him, and has come through it on a huge upside. An almost 2,000-point scorer, an All-American, an Academic All-American, but he has shown he can score the ball. He’s one of the best shooters in the draft, but he can also be a combo – he’s an off-the-charts athlete. He fits in really well in today’s NBA.” "according to http://www.goduke.com/ViewArticle.dbml?SPSID=22724&SPID=1845&DB_LANG=C&ATCLID=211719081&DB_OEM_ID=4200
