NC State Is Relevant

Before current head coach Kevin Keatts arrived in North Carolina’s state capital NC State wasn’t so good as a matter of fact they were far from it.

During the Mark Gottfried era in North Carolina’s state capital they finished with a record of 24-13 and made it to the NCAA Tournament during the 2011 -2012 season. The next season in 2012 -2013 NC State finished with a record of 24-11. The season after that in 2014-2015 NC State finished with a record of 22-14. All those years NC State made it to the NCAA Tournament but in 2015-16 as well as 2016-2017 NC State did not make the NCAA Tournament and Mark Gottfried was fired. “according to https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/coaches/mark-gottfried-1.html

NC State seems to be on the up swing as of late. In Kevin Keatts first season NC State finished with a record of 21-12 and returned to the NCAA Tournament where they lost to Seton Hall in the first round. In his second season in North Carolina’s state capital he has NC State off to a 13-2 start while they’re 1-1 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. “according to https://gopack.com/schedule.aspx?schedule=497 https://gopack.com/schedule.aspx?path=mbball

With Kevin Keatts at the helm in North Carolina’s state capital NC State will continue to improve and will hopefully be a contender in the Atlantic Coast Conference and make the NCAA Tournament every season!
