Muffet McGraw Steps Away From The Game On The Hardwood After Thirty Three Years As The Head Coach Of Notre Dame

There comes a time when it’s time to step away from coaching.

For Notre Dame’s Women’s Basketball Head Coach that time is now!

During her time in South Bend Indiana McGraw has an overall record of 848-252 at Notre Dame and led the school to national championships in 2001 and 2018. according to an article by Mechelle Voepel on ESPN.com

She isn’t new to Notre Dame’s program as she spent  12 seasons (2007-19) on the sidelines at her alma mater of Notre Dame, where she was the recruiting coordinator beginning in 2012 and was promoted to associate head coach in 2015 for the Fighting Irish women’s basketball program under head coach Muffet McGraw.
