Olivier Sarr Decides To Transfer After Wake Forest Hires Steve Forbes As Their New Head Coach

Yesterday Wake Forest hired Steve Forbes as their new head coach who comes to Winston Salem from Johnson City Tennessee where he was the head coach of Eastern Tennessee State where last season he led his team to a 30-4 overall record while East Tennessee State finished with a record of 16-2 in the Southern Conference. He replaces Danny Manning who was fired last week after six seasons as the head coach of Wake Forest . Why? Wake Forest never finished above .500 in the ACC under Manning, who had a 14-42 conference record over the past three seasons.
