As Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Keenan Worthington Played For Duke! As Senior Though Keenan Worthington Is Going To Be Playing Elsewhere Because He Is Transferring

As freshman, sophomore, junior Keenan Worthington played for Duke!

As a freshman at Duke in 2019-2020 Keenan Worthington who is a forward didn’t see the hardwood.

As a sophomore at Duke in 2020-2021,

Keenan Worthington Made his career debut at North Carolina (3/6)

  • Scored his first career points, going 1-of-2 from the field and 1-of-2 from the free throw line, while pulling down two rebounds in the ACC Tournament win over Boston College (3/9)

    As a junior at Duke in 2021-2022,

    Keenan Worthington

  • Earned a scholarship in August of 2021 after spending first two seasons as a walk-on

  • Appeared in nine games during junior season

  • Made season debut versus Gardner-Webb (11/16), bringing down three rebounds in three minutes of action

  • Played two minutes against Lafayette (11/19), recording a rebound

  • Had a put-back dunk and secured two rebounds in six minutes versus SC State (12/14)

  • Played four minutes against Elon (12/18), grabbing four rebounds and knocking down a free throw (12/18)

    As a senior in 2022-2023 Keenan Worthington is going to be playing elsewhere because he is transferring.

    Though,

    He isn’t the only player to transfer out of the Duke Men’s Basketball Program who’s Head Coach is now former Duke player, former Special Assistant, Assistant Coach, Associate Head Coach now Head Coach Jon Scheyer took over as Head Coach following Mike Krzyzewski’s retirement after Duke’s 77-81 loss to North Carolina in the National Seminal in New Orleans in April as Joey Baker, Michael Savarino who is Mike Krzyzewski’s grandson transferred as well.

    Joey Baker has yet to announce where he is transferring to though Joey Baker visited Georgia, Michigan, Georgia Washington while Michael Savarino committed to New York University where he is going to be playing for for NYU, Head Coach Klatsky he announced recently on his Twitter account by saying Committed let’s rock #WeAreNYU with a picture of him in a number 2 NYU back, purple jersey.

    Dave Klatsky was named as the 15th head coach in men's basketball program history in May 2022.

    Dave Klatsky comes to NYU fter an 11-year tenure as an assistant coach at Division I Colgate University, helping lead the program to three of the last four Patriot League Tournament titles. The Holmdel, New Jersey, native played for storied coach Fran Dunphy at the University of Pennsylvania from 1999-2003, setting the program's then-single-season assist record in 2000-01.

    At Colgate, under three-time Patriot League Coach of the Year Matt Langel, Klatsky had numerous responsibilities including scouting, practice and game planning, recruiting and analyzing advanced statistics. He was the primary recruiter of four All-League selections and two Defensive Players of the Year while directing Colgate's Elite Prospect Camp.

    The Raiders' three Patriot League Tournament titles (2019, '21, '22) were their first since 1996 and they've won the last four regular season championships. Klatsky helped grow the program from eight wins in his first season to an all-time best 25 victories in 2019-20. His extensive player development resulted in 10 All-League honorees over the past six seasons.
