He's just not a normal player,""It's hard to describe just how valuable and how great he is as as a player, as someone to coach. You know, one of the things as a coaches that you really, really want is when you go to practice and you go to games, you want consistency...With Armando [Bacot], there's no guesswork. You know exactly what you're gonna get every practice every game and what he's doing, statistically, is just unbelievable."

North Carolina is now going to prepare for inaugural match up of 2022-2023 regular season with NC State in Chapel Hill on Saturday.
