Eli Manning Replaces Daniel Jones As Starter Monday When New York Heads To Philadelphia

Veteran quarterback Eli Manning has been sitting on the bench since week three of the season when New York Giants head coach Pat Shurmur decided to go with the sixth pick in the NFL Draft and rookie out of Duke Daniel Jones when they played on the road at Tampa Bay.

On Monday though Eli Manning who has been in the league for sixteen seasons will be the starter when the New York Giants head to Philadelphia Pennsylvania where they will take on division rival Philadelphia who’s starting quarterback is Carson Wentz.

Ertz battled through a hamstring injury to finish with 24 yards on three catches. He had the aforementioned drop. This is where the Eagles struggled. Cornerbacks Ronald Darby and Jalen Mills had poor performances as wide receiver DeVante Parker had a career outing with 159 yards on seven catches and two scores.
