Turns out this would be his last because Zonovan Knight isn’t going to be returning to NC State because he is declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft.

Zonovan Knight had this to say about his decision to declare for the NFL Draft!

From the small town of Middlesex to the bright lights of Carter -Finley , The outpouring of love and support from Wolfpack fans everywhere has been nothing but elite the past 3 years.

There is no doubt that I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my coaches and teammates.

I want to especially thank Coach Doeren, Coach Roper , Coach Thunder , Coach Goebbel, and the rest of the coaching staff for always guiding me and molding me into the man I am today. I can honestly say that they’ve helped me become a better player as well as a better person. Best of all they’ve always believed in me and were willing to take a chance on me.

The memories and relationships that I’ve created with my teammates will be something that I take forward with me forever. The culture that we’ve built here is truly something special. Together we’ve accomplished so much and I am blessed to have been apart of it. Last and most importantly I want to thank my family especially my mom for always loving and supporting me.

After much thought and prayer and consideration to fulfill my childhood dream continues as I am declaring for the 2022 NFL Draft. #GoPack
