Georgia State lost to Army by a score of 43-10!

Why?

Georgia State’s early fumble led to a 7-0 lead for Army, Georgia State had a chance to swing the momentum when Army fumbled a punt. In an unusual sequence of events, the Panthers recovered but were flagged for holding at the line of scrimmage. After the penalty, the ensuing punt was also fumbled and recovered by the Panthers, but that play, too, was nullified by another holding call. Army held onto the third punt.
After forcing a punt, the Panthers took over at their own 7-yard line with 1:20 left, but quarterback Cornelius Brown IV was intercepted on the first play and Army tacked on another scored to take a 27-7 lead in the locker room.
