The 2016 All -Star Game
The baseball season is at the halfway point on Monday as the home run derby takes place July 11th and the All-Star game takes place on Tuesday July 12th in San Diego. The American League vs the National League and the league that wins the game gets home field advantage in the World Series .
As fans we vote on a ballot to decide who plays in the game and the managers select the pitchers.
