Miami Marlines Take Fort Bragg
Last night was a special night for baseball! The Miami Marlines played the first major league baseball game ever at a military base at Fort Bragg and in North Carolina taking on the Atlanta Braves. How cool is that? In front of 12, 582 soldiers and their families.
How did the game play out ? "According to espn.com" Miami Marlines pitcher Adam Conley pitched six strong innings while getting some help in the scoring department. Jt Realmuto homered and drove in two runs while Christian Yelich added two RBI's. Martin Prado also got in on the action as he added an RBI single. The Marlines won 5-2 over the Braves.
Keep up the winning Miami Marlines and thanks for being apart of this historic night along with the Atlanta Braves and hopefully you'll be back to North Carolina soon for another game in the future ! Go Marlines !
