Miami Marlines Thursday Wrap Up

The Miami Marlins are off today and will travel to Colorado for a three game series with the Rockies starting Friday.  First pitch is set for 8:40pm. Right hander David Phelps is making his season rotation debut as he has been used out of the bullpen for the majority of the season.  He is 5-5 on the season with a 2.65 earn run average and sixty nine strikeouts and he will go against Rockies left hander Jorge Larsosa " According to http://m.mlb.com/gameday/marlins-vs-rockies/2016/08/05/448495#game=448495,game_state=preview,game_tab= Larosa  is 7-7 with a 5.51 earn run average. 

Will the Marlines be able to score enough of runs to back up David Phelps first start of the season? That question is yet to be answered but will be answered soon enough.
