Rematch, Duke, Notre Dame Set For Championship

Duke and Notre Dame will meet for the second time this season as they hit the hardwood at the Barclays Center in New York but this meeting has a lot more at stake. 

Duke who has a record of 26 -8 is coming from their third meeting with North Carolina this season and their second win of the season  over arch rival North Carolina by a score of 93-83 Friday night. Notre Dame meanwhile has a record of 25-8 and is coming off a close game where they edged Florida State Friday by a score 77-73. 

Steve Vasturia and Bonzie Colson led the team with 18 points each. Steve Vasturia was 7-13 from the field and 4 of 5 from three -point range.  Matt Farrell also contributed to Notre Dame's scoring effort with 15 points while dishing out six assists. In Duke and Notre Dame's only meeting of the regular season in South Bend on January 30th Duke won by a score of 84-74 behind 21 points from Grayson Allen and 19 points from Jayson Tatum while Luke Kennard and Matt Jones each added 16 points.
